✍️ TUKE signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Ministry of Defense of the Slovak Republic

On April 27, 2026, the Dean of the Faculty of Aeronautics of TUKE, Peter Korba, welcomed Minister of Defense of the Slovak Republic Robert Kaliňák with his delegation, as well as TUKE leadership led by Rector Peter Mésároš, at the faculty.

On this occasion, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between TUKE and the Ministry of Defense of the Slovak Republic, expanding opportunities for students and university staff in education, security, and national defense, with an emphasis on the National Defense Forces.

The working visit also included a lecture by Robert Kaliňák on the topic “The Formation of the National Defense Forces,” followed by a tour of flight simulation facilities for pilots and air traffic controllers at the Faculty of Aeronautics of TUKE. 🤝
