The auditors, during their training, will collectively produce an executive summary. They will present the conclusions of their work to the DG MOVE or Minister of Transport, to the UTA strategic committee and to the managers and HR directors of their companies.
The work of producing this executive summary is mainly done between sessions after each face-to-face module. This allows listeners to capitalize on the contributions of the training and to go further by contacting the speakers and carrying out their own research with the methodological help of the ENAC teacher-researchers. For each session, 2 “discussing” listeners are invited to prepare it with the speakers and the other “contributing” listeners in order to create a “reverse class” dynamic.
